What racial mixes have you seen?
Since I live in San Fran I've seen many. In fact I'm mixed myself. Guess correctly and you will get automatic 10 Points
Will Conservatives denounce Three Blind Mice who deny 9/11 happened on Bush's watch?
It did happen on Bush's watch, just as Pearl harbor happened on FDR's. What I find interesting is that the Democrats make no mention of the fact that we were warned in 96 about this. Why did it come as a surprise to Democrats after the completely ineffective responses they made to al Quada attacks in the 90s.
Where is the nearest state to New york I can get good fireworks?
I live in upstate NY by the MA, CT, NY border, I want to know where is the nearest state that I can buy aerial fireworks, including, firecrackers, bottle rockets, and other aerials, and smoke bombs?
ME: 80K p/yr WIFE: 17K p/yr settlement. ME: 12hr/day in sun. WIFE: No job 4 8 years. Do I need to do chores?
Wife 17K only for her car payment and insurance and cell phone. Rest is her play money. I pay house, (nice 500 feet from ocean, 3/2/2 large yard) Electricity, Cable, Internet, Phone, Water, Gas, Fuel for both cars, Food, Health Insurance, My car payment, insurance, motorcycle insurance, all clothes and house supplies, house insurance, doctors bills (after insurance) vet bills, etc. For all this I work 12 hours a day in the blazing sun at a job I don't enjoy (stress, hate boss, poor working conditions). We have 2 children (14 + 6 both in school), 3 dogs. She has a good life, always taken care of her, hasn't HAD TO WORK FOR THE LAST 8 years, Bailed her out of jail, paid late car payments, paid her parents 12K she owed from her divorce from her ex, my insurance paid for her gastric byp surgery so she could go from 230 lbs at 4' 11' down to 160 lbs, etc. question is should I help with house work. I know money doesn't equate with love and caring but I do that in other ways. I tell her I love her and appreciate all her hard work, do nice things for her, take her out to dinner when I can, buy her gifts. I work damn hard for my family and expect her to do the same. I do my job and expect her to do hers. House work is hard I understand that. To me though in the absence of a for pay job house work IS her job. She has no boss, is in a air conditioned house all day with TV, radio, video games, everything! She sets her own hours and 12 hours a day is definitely not demanded of her. All I expect is dishes, laundry, cooking, and cleaning all of which the kids can also help her with. I do not demand she stay at home this is her own choice for 8 years. If she worked then we would do the house stuff together. I can hear you all now how hard all this is and have I ever tried to do it all? Yes remember surgery for 6 weeks I worked and still did all of the house stuff. I would trade jobs with her in a second. I could handle all house chores in 6 to 8 hours a day in a lot better conditions than I currently work in. I would love to be able to have her advantages and get to spend time with my kids and play with them all the time. But I have my job and I do my job. She wants me to do hers also. I am not in the 1950's and I'm not a male chauvinist pig. This arrangement is her choice and she quit work just as soon as she could after I started to make good money. But now she wants to do even less and me do the housework too. Am I a terrible husband? I think there's probably about 5 million women out there who would jump at the chance to have these advantages and luxuries I know I wish I had it so good! Am I asking an unreasonable demand on her? I think she's spoiled.
Where can I find a good coffee shop that roasts & sells their own beans in Minneapolis, MN?
I've recently moved to the Minneapolis area. One of the things I miss the most from my previous place of residence is the local coffee shop that roasted & sold their own beans. It was top notch coffee & much better priced than the commercialized shops. Is there anything like this in the Minneapolis area?
Doug Williams more deserving of the football hall of fame than Warren Moon?
Warren Moon was the first black qb inducted into the football hall of fame, but he never won a superbowl. He won 5 grey cups in the canadian league, but the canadian league is equivalent to the arena league. Doug Williams won a superbowl and was superbowl mvp. Give me reasons why you think Moon or Williams is more deserving please.
Recently split up with my long term boyfriend and looking for advice?
If you know he wasn't right for you, then you made a VERY smart decision to leave. Also a very hard one, so you should realize how strong you are. Remind yourself of this every single day. Remind yourself of the things he used to do that made you realize he wasn't the one. It will help a lot. Also, go out and meet new guys. Even if you don't really like them, at least focus on their good qualities. Good luck!
