Hi I am selling my house. My neighbor sold his property at $300,000 last month ,so I expect close to $300,000 (we have same model). Problem is that I had a water damage in basement. I removed carpet and half of drywall, and there is possible mold. My Q is .. When buyer's lender send an appraiser to look at my house , my property value will be decreased because of water damage or it dosen't affect anythihg because basement is a basement. Thank you !
