Eh it's okay. You definitely need to work on grammar and punctuating correctly; there were a lot of examples of commas that should be semicolons. It's okay as a beginning paragraph, but I lost interest simply because I don't like mysteries too much. But the ending sentence leaves readers kind of intrigued to know more about Tracy's past, so good job there.
