I need xbox live help?

recently i had my xbox hacked by someone so i had to destroy my credit card, as he had spent 80 quid in minutes. i have already paid for a year of xbox live but i cant connect as a message saying my account is unavailable because the payment details are correct. how do i sort this problem? will i still have live until next year?
