When is the cheapest time to go to disney world?

Me and my gf want to go to disney(I've never been shes been a few times). I went on disney.com but I am looking for the cheapest time for airfare and park tickets. We are looking to spend about 8 or 9 hundred dollars a little more if we have to, but need everything included like food and other necessities. Thank you.
