Is flite brand ok for a begginer.?

Ok im starting hockey in march, and im 15. I know im starting on the latter side. SO my question is would flite skates be fine for hockey lessons and stick and puck? I would use these because there onl $100 dollars and they go up to size 16, and i need a 14. There the only skates i can find up to that size. When i got on a team i would buy vapor 40's. But for now are these fine?
