How to lose some arm jiggle?

You can probably burn 2-3lbs of body fat in 10 days, whether or not this comes off your arms or anywhere else on your body you can't control. Eat 1200-1500 calories a day, you'll lose weight, exercise and you'll lose more, but physically noticeable results are going to need longer than 10 days I'd say.
