Please help urgent?

my mom just went to the hospital and she has a kidney infection but shes home she didn't have to spend the night or anything they only have her on antibiotics so it shouldn't be anything to worry about right? she doesn't have the greatest health record, she has a pace maker and has had gastric byp so help me please
