Any advice PLEASE...?

ok i'm 16 and homeschooled girl who really wants to find a good boyfriend. I rodeo all the time and have a ton of friends there but i want to get to know people in my area. Where is a good place to start. I can't get involved in the school activites in my area because they don't allow it. what are your suggestions?
