Confused over the 1 in 10 rule?

I'm gay, so does that mean in my cl of 26, there will be another person who is gay/bi etc? And if theres like 10 people, will one of those ten people be gay. soz I'm only 15 and phobia isn't tought at my school or anything to do with uality.
