HDFC filed a FIR against me. Please help.?

first, do not panic or worry. leave this matter to your blood relative, who is ready to takeup this job. ask them to contact a lawyer. get the copy of fir and give it to lawyer. you also get and read it properly. hope you can solve it. ask your relative to approach consumer court also.
