Just because Black Men say the N Word does it make it ok for White People to say it?

Like anything you judge the situation you are in. When a black person uses the word it is not used generally in an insulting way, however when a white person uses it to refer to black people they tend to mean it in an insulting way and the history that goes with the word. I think you'll find a lot of black people who are horrified by use of the word even between black people. Just because the TV and rap music has black people referring to each that way doesn't mean the whole black community does.
