Ugh. Annoying Nephew?

He always makes the orders how long I stay on the computer... -_- and I want to stay on the computer longer to do stuff but the only thing he wants to do is watch Pokemon episodes online and that's the only thing he does online. How can I not let him go on computer? He's NOT that gullible.
