Unitech Vista Gurgaon.?

I am looking for an Apartment in Guragon. I visited the Site for Unitech Vista Yesterday. It is 2.5 KM from Sohna road.The drawback i see in the project is that it seems to be too far from the main road and the Connecting road is Still in the 'Planned' state. Any comments on this project is it a good for Investment and self use pourpose? what is the truth in the statement that the connecting road will be built in a few years and Delhi Metro will connect the place.
