What is the largest polar bird?

The wandering albatross are the largest polar bird.In September 1965, sailors caughta male albatross with a wingspan of 11 feet, 11 inches (3.6 m). That's nearly tiwce as long as you bed! Ocean voyagers tell us that albatrosses can gilde on the wind for hours without ince flapping their wings. Sometimes the birds follow a ship day after day, hardly ever touching down to rest. The only time tehy land is to brees abd lay their eggs.
